AEW Following the anniversary of his passion, a new report has revealed the AEW Owen Hart Foundation Tournament 2024 plans.
In 2022, All Elite Wrestling announced the inaugural Owen Hart Foundation Tournament which honors the late, great Owen Hart.
The tournament winner received the Owen Hart Cup and a championship belt presented by Owen’s widow, Dr. Martha Hart.
The inaugural winners of the tournament were Adam Cole and Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D., while the 2023 winners were Ricky Starks and Willow Nightingale.
According to The Calgary Herald, the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament will culminate during this year’s Calgary Stampede at the Scotiabank Saddledome on the Wednesday, July 10 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Dr. Martha Hart will be on hand to bestow the honors to the winners of both the Men’s and Women’s Tournament.
Last year’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament also concluded at the Saddledome, which makes this a new tradition that AEW has adopted.
