WWE There is reportedly an intriguing name backstage at tonight’s WWE Raw in Minneapolis, Minnesota after the show is set to kick off soon.
As previously reported, Nick Aldis is reportedly backstage in a producer capacity at tonight’s WWE Raw but now there is word of another name functioning in the same capacity.
According to PWInsider, Robert Roode is also backstage in a producer’s role.
Roode has been out of in-ring action for over a year in WWE after having suffering an injury and subsequently undergoing C5 and C6 vertebrae fusion surgery in December 2022.
This isn’t Roode’s first foray into producing, having recently been spotted in Detroit ahead of SummerSlam sparking return rumors.
However ultimately Roode was reportedly functioning in a producer role, or at least shadowing the full-time producers, at the WWE premium live event in lieu of popping up as in-ring talent.
