NJPW While fans continue to await details of what will fill a mysterious segment on tonight’s edition of WWE Raw Day 1, another report regarding Mercedes Mone.
One former WWE champion that sounds to be headed for AEW according to one report is Mercedes Mone.
While Fightful Select has reported that ‘industry insiders’ expect that Mercedes Mone will sign with AEW, no one confirms that it has already happened.
As was reportedly the case with the recent signings of both CM Punk in WWE and Will Ospreay with AEW, there is a precedence for the official ‘signing on the dotted line’ to not occur until the day of the appearance.
Particularly in the case of a big surprise which Mercedes Mone will certainly bring with her to wherever she lands!
While there are not any official announcements teased for this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, some reports note that Mone could appear as early as Wednesday for AEW.
Elsewhere, there is still the WWE mystery of a potential ‘former Champion’ appearing at tonight’s WWE Raw Day 1.
