WWE has made changes to a WrestleMania 40 weekend match as there were notable absences from a pre-announced lineup.

While the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal took place on tonight’s April 5 edition of WWE SmackDown, several pre-announced competitors were absent once the match kicked off.

Also, Jinder Mahal appeared in the match despite not appearing on the match graphic, so as they say, card subject to change.

In the end, the match came down to Big Bronson Reed and Ivar with Reed leaving as the winner of the 2024 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Andrade did appear elsewhere in the show, siding with Rey Mysterio against Santos Escobar and Dominik Mysterio.
