WWE A WWE star’s heel turn was confirmed on tonight’s SmackDown as ‘backstage security footage’ revealed dastardly actions.
After Dragon Lee was attacked backstage at the SmackDown before WrestleMania 40, he was robbed of his first opportunity to appear at the big event.
While the LWO’s fingers were pointed at Santos Escobar and Legado del Fantasma, it was revealed that the attacker was actually someone much closer to the LWO.
After a match where Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio teamed against Berto and Angel, with the heels winning the match, they added insult to injury with a revelation.
Santos Escobar revealed ‘backstage security footage’ revealing that the attack was done by Carlito as then he pretended to find Dragon Lee.
Upon the accusation, Carlito seemed to know he was caught and didn’t bother denying anything.
Rather, he promptly attacked both Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio and simply ran away, leaving Zelina Vega stunned.
While Mysterio would rise to check on Lee, Carlito simply left through the crowd as to avoid running into Legado del Fantasma on the ramp.
