AEW Announces ‘Triple Main Event’ For AEW Double Or Nothing

AEW Announces ‘Triple Main Event’ For AEW Double Or Nothing AEW

AEW has announced what it is referring to as a “triple main event” for AEW Double Or Nothing 2024 in Las Vegas.

The announcement was made during the May 18 episode of Collision, just over a week before the pay-per-view.

Of course this is just promotional wording, and it hasn’t yet been revealed which match will actually main event the show, that being the match will take place last.

The first match of the “triple main event” is Willow Nightingale defending the TBS Championship against Mercedes Mone, who’s making her in-ring debut in AEW.

Another “main event” is the Anarchy in the Arena match featuring Team Elite (The Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada and Jack Perry) taking on Team AEW (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Bryan Danielson and Darby Allin).

And in the third of the main events, the AEW World Championship is set to be on the line as Swerve Strickland looks to defend against Christian Cage, presumably with the Patriarchy (Nick Wayne, Killswitch and Mother Wayne) by his side.

AEW Double or Nothing is set for Sunday May 26, 2024 live from the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
