Wrestling Legend’s Son Training To Become A Pro Wrestler

Wrestling Legend’s Son Training To Become A Pro Wrestler AEW

Following his retirement at Revolution, former AEW World Tag Team Champion Sting’s son is now training to become a pro wrestler.

At AEW Revolution 2024, Sting wrestled in the final match of his legendary career as he teamed with Darby Allin to defeat The Young Bucks to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships.

Sting’s sons Steven and Garrett Borden took part in their father’s entrance for his final match, which included them dressing up as past versions of “The Stinger.”

During the course of the bout, Steven and Garrett also got involved in the action, delivering Stinger Splashes to Matthew and Nicholas Jackson.

Speaking with Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp (subscription required), Darby Allin revealed that Sting’s son Steven Borden Jr. was staying at his house and is training to become a pro wrestler.

Allin noted that Steven, a former football player, had not thought about getting into professional wrestling, but getting involved at AEW Revolution gave him the urge to train.

Darby also mentioned that he spoke with Sting and Steven before inviting Steven to come train with him. Allin also stated that he has a ring at his house to help with this process.

WrestleTalk will provide any further updates on Sting’s son Steven training to become a pro wrestler when they become available.
