Ahead of the June 5 edition, All Elite Wrestling has revealed that MJF’s return will be the opening segment for tonight’s AEW Dynamite.
At AEW Double Or Nothing, MJF made a surprise return to the company for the first time since losing the AEW World Title in December 2023.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman confronted his former tag team partner and best friend Adam Cole after his betrayal at Worlds End. Friedman low blowed and laid out Cole before cutting a promo to confirm he had signed with AEW.
On the May 29 edition of AEW Dynamite, it was revealed MJF will make his return to AEW programming on the June 5 episode.
Ahead of tonight’s show, the company announced that MJF will kick off the broadcast. The post reads:
