WWE Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has shared a training video amid his current hiatus from the company.
At WWE WrestleMania 40 Night Two, Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins to win the World Heavyweight Championship. This bout was the second of the weekend for Rollins after taking the loss alongside Cody Rhodes against The Rock and Roman Reigns on Night One.
After his loss of the title, Rollins has been absent from WWE programming. It was later revealed by his wife Becky Lynch that “The Architect” had undergone knee surgery.
On June 5, Seth Rollins took to Instagram to post a training video of himself lifting in his recovery from the surgery. The caption reads:

It remains to be seen when Seth Rollins will make his return to WWE television at the time of this writing.
