Tony Khan Makes Change To AEW Match Graphic

Tony Khan Makes Change To AEW Match Graphic AEW

Tony Khan made a change to a match graphic for the upcoming Forbidden Door pay-per-view after a request from an AEW star.

While Mariah May featured on the match graphic already for the upcoming title bout at Forbidden Door between Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa – specifically alongside Luther in Storm’s corner – she had a suggestion.

Taking to Twitter, May suggested that she be placed behind both Toni and Mina in the graphic, to which AEW CEO Tony Khan replied directly –

“Consider it done.”

Then a new match graphic dropped, as you can see below, which does indeed feature Mariah May accompanying both ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm (in her vintage Toni Storm look) and Mina Shirakawa.

Elsewhere coming up for Mina before Forbidden Door, a match against Serena Deeb on AEW Rampage.

Also announced for AEW Forbidden Door, a ladder match to determine who will become the next TNT Championship.

Previous champion Adam Copeland was forced to vacate the title after suffering an injury at Double or Nothing in his match against Malakai Black.

Also set for Forbidden Door, TBS Champion Mercedes Mone vs NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer in a title vs title match, and Swerve Strickland defending the AEW World Championship against Will Ospreay.
