WWE/TNA Following the NXT Battleground event, TNA Wrestling star Jonathan Gresham has commented on Jordynne Grace in WWE.
At NXT Battleground 2024, Roxanne Perez defeated TNA’s Jordynne Grace to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
The bout was one of, if not, the biggest match of Grace’s career on a WWE premium live event. TNA management and Jordynne’s husband Jonathan Gresham were in attendance for the show.
On June 11, WWE posted a behind-the-scenes video of Jordynne Grace ahead of her NXT Battleground title match.
During the video, former ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham commented on how great it was to be in attendance for this huge match for his wife. He said:
“I’ve told so many people in the back like, this is my first experience in a WWE environment and I think it’s such a cool thing for me to be here supporting my wife. I don’t know.”
“When we first got together, she told me that she wanted to wrestle for WWE. I never doubted her I thought she could do it, but I never thought she would do it while she was TNA World Champion.”
“So dreams come true, all you got to do is stay persistent and stick to it. I’m so proud of you, I’m so proud of you.”
