WWE Following the June 25 edition of NXT, WWE SmackDown star Michin and NXT star Jaida Parker have commented on their upcoming Street Fight.
On the June 18 edition of WWE NXT, Kelani Jordan defeated Michin to retain the NXT Women’s North American Championship thanks to outside interference from Jaida Parker. The following week, The O.C.’s Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows attacked Parker’s O.T.M. teammates backstage.
After Parker arrived to confront them, Michin blindsided her rival, leading to a pull-apart brawl. Later in the show, Jaida challenged Michin for a Street Fight, which was made official for the July 2 episode.
Quote tweeting her challenge, Jaida Parker took to social media to comment on her upcoming Street Fight. She wrote:
Better give yo heart to God.. @MiaYim cause yo ass gon belong to me..
In a WWE digital exclusive, Michin also commented on the bout and her rivalry with Parker. She said:
“Jaida, Jaida, Ms. Parker! Jaida, you done cost me the Women’s North American Championship. And you wanna pop off at the mouth saying you gonna run me out of NXT?”
“Baby girl, you thought I have never been threatened before? You think I don’t know how to watch my back, something you clearly couldn’t do today. You think I don’t know how to survive?”
“Jaida, Jaida, JAIDA! Out the mud, right? That’s what O.T.M. means. That’s what you and your boys means, out the mud, right?”
“Show me, show me, you gonna run me out of NXT because baby girl I promise you if I leave NXT, I will be taking pieces of you with me.”
Next week’s July 2 edition of WWE NXT will be the go-home episode ahead of NXT Heatwave on July 7.
Also announced for next week’s NXT, New Catch Republic will face Hank & Tank and Wendy Choo will go one-on-one with Carlee Bright.
