Departing WWE Star Reacts To Being Removed From Roster WWE

Donovan Dijak has reacted to WWE removing him from the current roster page, and adding him to the Alumni section of WWE.com.

Earlier this week, Dijak announced on Twitter that WWE had opted not to renew his contract, and he was set to become a free agent on Friday (June 28).

On Saturday, WWE confirmed Dijak’s departure, removing him from the current roster page to the alumni page.

Dijak took to Twitter to comment on the quickness of this roster update, recalling:

Took them 3 months to change me from T-Bar to Dijak and switch me to the NXT page btw.

Dijak joined WWE in 2017. He initially competed on the NXT brand before making his main roster debut in September 2020 as Retribution faction member.

He remained on the main roster after the faction disbanded in March 2021, before returning to NXT in October 2022.

His second NXT run ended in May, with Dijak drafted back to Raw in the 2024 WWE Draft.

Dijak didn’t ever return to Raw, only wrestling at Main Event and Speed tapings ahead of his departure.

With Dijak’s contract expiring, the popular star is now a free agent without a non-compete clause.

Dijak made his first post-WWE appearance at a show on Saturday, just one day after his WWE contract expired. You can read more about this appearance right here.
