WWE Ahead of the July 2, 2024, episode of WWE NXT, Wendy Choo has a message for the ‘daughter’ of a former Divas Champion.
Since her return to WWE NXT, Wendy Choo has had a much darker persona, complete with much less colorful nightwear.
Tonight’s NXT sees her face Carlee Bright, with the dark star previously sending out the message:
“I like blondes. See you next week.”
Choo has once again sent a warning to Bright, this time referencing the WWE NXT star’s ‘mother’, tweeting:
“Say goodnight to Kelly Kelly’s daughter.”
The similarities between Bright and Kelly Kelly have long been recognised by WWE fans on social media.
Having gone on to wrestle as Barbie Blank, the former Divas Champion has returned to WWE on a number of occasions, including being an entrant in the 2022 women’s Royal Rumble match.
Blank has two children, born in September 2023, and named Jaxon Matthew and Brooklyn Marie.
Bright made her WWE NXT debut in May 2024, having appeared on NXT Level Up previously.
She was part of the Fall 2022 WWE Performance Center class and had her first NXT match at a live show in September 2023.
